Account security on xy777 is a shared responsibility. The platform handles server-side security — SSL encryption, hashed password storage, new-device verification, and fraud monitoring. Your side of it is simpler: keep your login details private and use a strong password.
Your xy777 password should be different from every other platform you use. If you reuse passwords and one service gets compromised, your xy777 account becomes vulnerable too. A password manager makes this easy to manage.
Do not share your mobile number, password, or verification codes with anyone — not family members, friends, or anyone claiming to be xy777 support. xy777 staff will never ask for your password or your JazzCash PIN in any message or call.
When you log in from a device or location you haven't used before, xy777 sends a verification code to your registered mobile number. This means even if someone knows your password, they cannot access your account without your phone.
If you ever log in to xy777 on a shared phone or computer — a family device or a friend's tablet — always log out before handing the device back. Leaving a session open on a shared device is one of the most common ways accounts get compromised.
If you see a transaction you didn't make, a login from a location you don't recognise, or anything else unusual in your account, contact support through the Help section inside xy777 straight away and change your password immediately.
Most login issues fall into a few common categories. Here's how to handle them:
Use the "Forgot password?" link on the login screen to initiate a reset via your registered mobile number or email. If you no longer have access to either, contact support directly through the Help section inside xy777.
Check that your registered mobile number is active and has signal. Codes typically arrive within a few seconds. If it's not arriving, check if your number has changed since registration and contact support to update it.
Multiple failed login attempts will temporarily lock your account as a security measure. Wait a few minutes before trying again. If your account has been suspended for another reason, contact support for clarification — suspension reasons are always communicated.
If you previously activated self-exclusion or a cooling-off period on your account, login will be blocked until that period ends. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed early — this is intentional to provide genuine protection when you need it.
Phishing Warning: xy777 only operates through xy777.onl. If you land on a page with a different domain claiming to be xy777, do not enter your details. Bookmark the official site after your first visit to avoid phishing links shared in messages or social media.
Most xy777 users in Pakistan access the platform on mobile. You have two options for this: the browser version through xy777.onl, or the dedicated mobile app which is available for both Android and iOS through the Download page.
The browser version works well on any modern smartphone browser — Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or the Samsung browser. It doesn't require installation and you can access it directly by navigating to xy777.onl. The mobile browser version is fully responsive and covers all platform features including Sports, Live Casino, Bingo, Cashier, and Account Settings.
The dedicated app gives you a slightly smoother experience with faster load times, push notifications for PSL match results and bonus offers, and a cleaner interface designed specifically for phone screens. The Android APK is available directly from the Download page — you don't need to go through the Play Store. The iOS version is available through the App Store. Both apps log you in with the same mobile number and password you registered with on the website — there's no separate account to create.
One thing worth knowing: if you log in on the app and the website at the same time, you're accessing the same account and the same balance. Bets placed on the app appear instantly in the transaction history on the website, and vice versa. There's no sync issue to worry about.
If it's been a while since you last logged in, it's worth doing a quick check before placing any bets or making a deposit. Have a look at your transaction history to make sure everything looks as expected. Check that your registered mobile number and email are still current — if either has changed, update them through Account Settings or contact support.
It's also a good time to review your responsible gaming settings. If you set deposit limits a few months ago and your situation has changed, you can adjust them. Remember that reducing a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing one requires a waiting period. If you've returned to the platform after a long break and you're not sure the platform is the right choice for your current situation, read through the Responsible Gaming page before depositing.
After logging in, if there's a PSL match or T20 international coming up, the Sports section will show it in the Featured Events area with all available markets. For live casino, the lobbies show which tables are currently open, their current stakes, and how many seats are available. You can filter by game type, stake level, and language of the dealer.
xy777 is designed to work on the kinds of devices and network conditions common in Pakistan. The platform loads efficiently on 4G and 3G connections, and the app is optimised to use less data than the full browser version during live betting and live casino sessions. If you're on a slower connection, the standard browser version over a good Wi-Fi connection generally performs better than mobile data on a weak signal.
The platform works on Android phones running Android 7 and above, and on iPhones running iOS 13 and above. Older devices may experience some display inconsistencies on the browser version but generally remain functional. If you're experiencing consistent issues on an older device, the app version tends to be more stable than the browser.
xy777 does not require any special VPN or network configuration to access from within Pakistan. You can log in directly through a Pakistani network without any modifications to your device or connection settings.
Already have an account? Scroll up or click Login in the navigation to access your account. If you don't have one yet, registration is free and takes about two minutes — head to the Register page to get started.
Every login to xy777 is protected by SSL/TLS encryption. Your credentials travel encrypted — they cannot be intercepted in plain text between your device and xy777 servers.
Logging in from a device you haven't used before triggers a code sent to your registered mobile number. Even if someone has your password, they need your phone to get in.
Inactive sessions time out automatically. If you put your phone down mid-session and come back later, you'll be asked to log in again — protecting your account from being accessed on an unattended device.
xy777 monitors login patterns for unusual activity. Logins from unexpected locations or rapid repeated attempts trigger security checks automatically before access is granted.
xy777 accounts are free to create. It takes about two minutes to register and you can deposit in PKR via JazzCash or Easypaisa straight after.
